Abstract

The important aspect of a country actually or potentially short of cultivable, is the type of thinking and emotional reaction of its inhabitants. The urban development has required Development Plans based on careful surveys of the land and other resources. In spite of these plans, will the English agriculture have enough land at its disposal in 1980? Which types of land will be given up to the urban development?
