Abstract

[EN] Extra virgin olive oil can be conventional or organic, and the demand for both depends on consumer satisfaction. This research, carried out in Lleida and Sfax with 405 respondents in each area, applied the ECSI-PLS-SEM model to analyze consumer satisfaction with organic and conventional olive oil. The results show that perceived quality and image have a greater influence on satisfaction in Lleida, while in Sfax the value for money stands out. These findings allow us to identify key factors to improve satisfaction and guide business planning in both markets, adapting strategies according to local preferences.
