Višekriterijska ocjena najvećih tvrtki prehrambene industrije u Hrvatskoj

Abstract

Cilj rada je višekriterijski ocijeniti i rangirati vodeće tvrtke iz sektora prehrambene industrije u Hrvatskoj. U tu je svrhu korištena analiza rezultata za 2012. godinu preuzetih iz financijskih izvješća tvrtki. Financijski pokazatelji dopunjeni su tržišnom ocjenom poduzeća temeljenoj na prepoznatljivosti poduzeća i njegovih tržišnih marki. Svi navedeni pokazatelji povezani su u sintetsku (zbrojnu) ocjenu pomoću višekriterijske metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), čime je omogućeno uspoređivanje i rangiranje analiziranih tvrtki. Unatoč nešto slabijim tržišnim ocjenama, najboljom je hrvatskom tvrtkom u 2012. ocijenjen PIK Vrbovec, prvenstveno zbog visoke profitabilnosti i ostalih financijskih pokazatelja.
