Stable Development Path Choice of Shandong Cotton Production in the Context of Supply-side Reform

Abstract

Due to low efficiency resulted from the unduly high cost, intractable climatic and market risk of cotton production, the development of cotton industry suffers a setback in Shandong Province. Based on analyzing the importance of Shandong cotton industry for the economic and social development under the new situation, we put forward the basic idea and effective way for stable and continuous development of Shandongcotton productionfrom the perspective of supply side structural reform.
