Modelul social european: un concept de continuă actualitate

Abstract

The authors explain the concept of the European social model as it was structured in recent years. It also mentioned the role of norms of European social law and European judicial institutions in the implementation of the principles that define the European social model. Finally, is noted the importance for Romania to structure a legal framework and economic policies in line with the European social concept.
