Promovarea participării tinerilor cu risc de marginalizare socială pe piaţa muncii

Abstract

Youth unemployment under 25 years alarming increased in the European Union, this phenomenon unavailing Romania that faced with such a problem has taken measures to stimulate domestic employment of young people. Among these measures it is included the promotion of the participation on labor market of young people at risk of social marginalization which is carried out by the National Agency for Employment through various means provided for by Law no. 250/2013 amending and supplementing Law no. 76/2002 regarding the unemployment insurance system and employment stimulation and to amend Law no. 116/2002 on preventing and combating social exclusion, such as: social support, outreach and promotion of the interests of young people at risk of social exclusion among employers; subsidize employment. Through such legislation is aimed to ensuring economic security of persons (young) subject to such a risk, the occurrence of which those concerned are prevented normal labor activity to acquire a fair income. Advantages and limitations of such measures to combat, especially to prevent the risk of social exclusion of young people faced with the problem of finding a job are considered in this study.
