Abstract

In the current socio-economic and political context, dominated by financial crisis erupted in various parts of the worlds, by scandals regarding the peculation of helps in the purpose of own politico-strategic interests, the study presents some general considerations and solutions concerning the social impact generated globally, as well as and the role regarding the implication of the international institutions in the view of favorable resolution of the process of economic, financial and banking restructuring – key factor for achieving the Development Objectives assumed at the Millennium Summit.
