Performance Management Implementation In Human Resource Domain Into Romanian Banking System

Abstract

In banking practical activity, human resorce movement gravitates around the motivation force, the psycho-social factor which determines achieving performance. The performance research was focused on that factor starting from the hypotesys that basic needs are already satisfied and since now there is preocupation for fulfilment of superior needs; also, another target was that of discovering the main motivational element into the banker career. The research was made inside Romanian banking system, using a sample extracted from four commercial banks, representing 33% market share in term of total assets and 10% share of wallet, in term of Romanian banks total number.
