Abstract

In our paper we will try to compare the based or traditional theories with some new ideas like those of Burns (1978) and some philosophical underpinnings will be analyzed. It should be kept in mind that our main goal is to insure that the reader understands the applications of this work to the real world of organizations and management. The special unique relationships, interactions, and roadblocks presented by the similarities and complementary nature of the kinship of leadership and motivation will emerge as we go along. Keep in mind that our practical approach merges the two throughout the paper.
