Challenges and Ethical Solutions in Using the Chatbot

Abstract

This paper discusses the ethical challenges related to the use of chatbots in various fields of activity, including managing and responsibly using the information stored in the applications, the content of the messages, and the way users relate to other users and the chatbot. The paper is structured in four sections, including an introduction to chatbots, a discussion of ethical challenges faced by developers and users of chatbots, solutions to some of these challenges, and conclusions providing an overview of the topics addressed and directions for future ethical approaches to the issue.
