Reciprocitatea Raporturilor Dintre Axele Ancorelor Carierei În Domeniiile Profesionale: Medicină, Educație Și Asistență Socială

Abstract

Reciprocitatea raporturilor ancorelor carierei se axează gnostic pe modelul ancorelor carierei dar și a teoriilor și abordărilor constructiviste ale carierei: precum teoria sistemelor cadru care acordă o importanță deosebită dezvoltării profesionale, teoria constructivă a carierei, teoria haosului carierei și teoria ecologică a consilierii în carieră. Această reciprocitate este ipotetizată în sintagmele primei ipoteze: Mediile profesionale din sfera serviciilor destinate societății tind să mobilizeze primar ancorele axate pe nevoi și valori, iar secundar cele axate pe talente. Astfel pentru a proba validitatea ei și a ipotezelor sale vom cerceta nivelele și raporturile scalelor.
