Abstract

În ultimele câteva decenii am asistat la o perioada de deschidere economică fără precedent. Globalizare a redus numărul populaţiei care trăiesc în sărăcie extremă, însă efectele pozitive nu au fost resimţite de toţi în aceeşi măsură. Conflictele din ultimii ani şi razboiul hybrid declanşat de unii actori au dus la modificarea ordinii mondiale, la trecerea de la o ordine multilaterală la una multipolară. Securitatea naţională va fi o prioritate în următoarele decenii. Creşterea nationalisnului în toate statele dezvoltate la fel va contribui la un accent pe crearea unor puteri regionale, şi respingere globalizării. De asemenea asistăm la etapă începutul celei de a patra revoluţie industrială care va avea un afect profund în toate domeniile.
