Table ronde: L'utilisation de l'analyse économique dans la conduite des politiques d'environnement : l'exemple de l'énergie solaire

This text transcribes the exchanges during a debate that was held at the Caisse des Dépôts on September 30th 2011. The debate allowed for a confrontation of points of view between a senior civil servant, a company head and a researcher into recent French policies concerning producers of solar electricity.
