Abstract

La Commission a décidé de lancer une réflexion approfondie sur le thème de l'apport du tiers secteur ou du secteur de l'économie non-marchande dans la construction européenne au moment où celle-ci traversait une crise grave aussi bien sur le plan de son projet de société avec la remise en cause de l'État-providence par la présence de plus de 17 millions de chômeurs que par la contestation par des mouvements de citoyens de la recherche d'une croissance économique reposant uniquement sur la seule notion du profit.
