Model of the Modern Enterprise Management on the Basis of System-Synergistic Approach

Abstract

The article reveals the peculiarities of system-synergistic model of enterprise management in market economy. The possibilities of synergistic approach application in the study of economic systems are shown. The theoretical analysis of complex dynamic systems identified the basic rules that are to be taken into consideration while examining the enterprise as a system in which the processes of self-organization exist. Here presented a generalized dynamic model of an enterprise in market environment. It is carried out the analysis of the established condition of the enterprise as a system and the stability of its stationary state.
