Abstract

The article deals with the current issues of optimizing the business processes of a manufacturing enterprise by implementing the "Lean Six Sigma" strategic management technology. Using the author's approach, based on the system analysis, identification of opportunities production enterprise to reduce costs through the application of the concept of "Lean Six Sigma", and also indicate the measures under the comprehensive approaches to improving business processes in an industrial enterprise using Lean Six Sigma. As a result of the analysis, the key directions of optimizing the business processes of the production enterprise based on the implementation of the "Lean Six Sigma" strategic management technology are proposed. A comparative analysis is carried out and the differences between Lean production and the Six Sigma concept are revealed. The scientific novelty and practical value of the article lies in the fact that the author gives practical recommendations to senior and middle managers for the effective implementation of the "Lean Six Sigma" technology at manufacturing enterprises.
