Abstract

Based on the assessments of the rate of recovery of the main sectors of the Russian economy, made by the Rating Agency "National Credit Ratings" (NKR), an analysis of the strategic prospects for the development of the domestic economy is carried out. Based on the linking of the branches of the Russian economy, positioned by the NKR in terms of development rates as "badgers", "bison", "leopards", "horses", "snails", to the technological paradigms that determine the basic technologies of their production, a significant technological backwardness of the Russian economy has been demonstrated. and suggested ways of strategically overcoming Russia's technological lag behind world leaders, primarily in terms of basic technologies (technological core) of the sixth technological order, which will determine the effectiveness of the development of national economies in the coming decades.
