On The Issue Of The Effectiveness Of Municipal Programs In The System Of Local Self-Government

Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of the role of municipal programs as a priority for the socio-economic development of the territory. Based on the assessment of the municipal programme, local authorities may decide to change the size of the budget allocation for its implementation, to adjust the plan and content of the activities, or to discontinue the implementation of the budget programme. Therefore, finding a methodology that correctly assesses the effectiveness of municipal programs is an urgent task. Therefore, in the near future, the management function associated with the development and implementation of integrated socio-economic development programs will become one of the main functions of local governments. The article defines the concept of a municipal program and proposes algorithms to assess the effectiveness and effectiveness of the programs implemented. In the process of work used such scientific methods as: analytical, logical, comparative. The author formulated the tasks necessary to achieve the supply.
