Market Analysis Of Land With Encumbrances As An Indicator Of Availability Of Land For Consumers

Abstract

In the article the analysis of the market of land plots with encumbrances is considered as an indicator of land availability for consumers. The main segments of the land market are identified and the types of land availability for consumers are determined. The legal analysis of types of encumbrances of land plots is given. The results of the analysis of the land market in the Penza region for 2016‑2017, showing the high cost availability of land for consumers.
