Abstract

In today’s world, small business is important element of market economy and the perspective direction of development of the banking sector. In the next years a number of quantitative and high-quality changes of development of small business which are connected with introduction of new platforms, formation of individual offers for clients, growth of the importance of digital channels in advance of a brand and involvement of new clients is expected. Small business of VTB Group has the potential for further growth. In article the actions within the development strategy considering current trends in the banking sector are offered.
