Features of formation and development of competitiveness of the Russian industrial companies of petrochemical branch

Abstract

In work features of formation and development of competitiveness of the Russian industrial companies of petrochemical branch are considered. As object of researches the JSC SKTB Katalizator company – the leader on production and export of catalysts in Russia, working at the Russian and international market is chosen over 15 years. On the example of the company with use the case method is tested a hypothesis that the most perspective model of formation of competitive advantages of the modern Russian petrochemical enterprise is the model focused on increase of competitiveness of products. Use of this model will allow the enterprises of branch to increase efficiency of the activity in the world market or successfully to enter the world market. Other tested hypothesis is that in the conditions of the state strategy of import substitution the enterprises of this branch have considerable opportunities for increase of efficiency of the activity and competitiveness of products in the Russian market that can give incentive for the subsequent exit to a foreign market.
