Application Of Innovative Educational Technologies In Teaching The Fundamentals Of Entrepreneurship Within Programs Of Self-Employment Of The Population

Abstract

The relevance of application of innovative educational technologies in business training through the example of unemployed citizens is substantiated in this article. There are arguments in favor of using not traditional pedagogical model but andragogical training model that includes interactive forms of assistance to the student that help to reveal and reinforce learner's practical skills. The experience of the application of effective forms of business training, acquired by the author during many years of participation in the self-employment programs, implemented on the orders of the Committee on Labor and Employment of St. Petersburg is generalized. Clarification on the methods of teaching, the content of educational materials, printing and electronic tools that were used is given. The features of using templates of text and financial part of the business plan for the establishment of small enterprise, based on spreadsheets, which vary depending on the procedural and institutional form, type of occupation and the tax system.
