Research And Diagnostics Of The Social And Labor Relations In The Organizations For Overcoming Of Problems Of Resistance Of The Personnel To Introduction Of Innovative Changes

Abstract

Efficiency and productivity of many innovative projects are low owing to resistance of the personnel to introduction of changes. In article the hypothesis that the deep intrinsic reasons of such resistance are covered in the contents and structure of the social and labor relations is made and proved and are shown in the form of labor opportunism. For overcoming of these problems it is offered to add a technique of management of K. Levin's changes. The essence of addition consists in the offer of carrying out at the first stage of application of this technique of special researches in the form of polls and diagnostics of structure of the social and labor relations regarding identification of a share of their constructive and destructive types, and also labor opportunism, for the purpose of the subsequent institutionalization of the social and labor relations in the direction of increase of a susceptibility by the personnel of the introduced innovative changes. The special questionnaire is developed for carrying out research and the subsequent diagnostics. Work is performed with assistance of a grant of the Russian Fund of Basic Researches № 15-06-05376 «Research of the social and labor relations at the enterprises in the solution of problems of overcoming of labor opportunism».
