The Mechanisms Of Cooperation Between Federal, Regional And Municipal Strategies In The Model Of Sustainable Development Of The Russian Economy

Abstract

In the article the mechanisms of cooperation between federal, regional and municipal strategies are viewed. In accordance with Federal Law No. 172-FZ “On Strategic Planning in Russian Federation†dated June, 28 2014 the subjects of strategic planning, their powers, responsibilities, principles and documents of strategic planning are described. The article describes the mechanism of coordination between all the levels of federal and municipal power, showing all the subjects of the strategies coordination mechanism, their relations, the point of responsibility and control, the sources of financing. Responsibility on all the stages of strategic planning – strategy making, coordination, development and realization – is the key point of the strategies coordination mechanism.
