Abstract

The efficiency and effectiveness of the company is largely determined by prevailing within them social and labor relations. These relationships are formed, evolve and develop in the form of institutions that determine labor behavior of workers and, ultimately, have a direct and immediate impact on the final results of the organizations. In this regard, it is important to understand how these institutions are formed, what affects the structure of the types of social and labor relations at enterprises within these institutions, what are the causes of the dynamics of their structure, etc. Knowing all these facts, it is possible to control the processes of formation and development of the institutions of social and labor relations, achieving greater efficiency and effectiveness of their operation. The article presents the methodological bases and methodical approaches to solving these problems through targeted actions on the organizational structures and organizational cultures. This work was supported by RFBR grant № 15-06-05376 «Research of social and labor relations at enterprises in solving the problems of overcoming the labor opportunism».
