The Process Of Strategic Planning In The Corporation

Abstract

The article reveals an original approach to accomplishing the strategic planning process within a corporation. The author gives details of five stages of the strategic planning process which are shaping strategic logics, organizing the planning work, crafting corporate strategy, strategic planning at SBU level, a strategic control.
