Abstract

We consider the author’s method of quantitative assessment of the work of managers using the indicator of the quality of labor of a manager (IQLM). The relevance of this methodology for a reasonable and non-emotional evaluation of the work of managers at any level is shown. Especially in the conditions of dominance of specific competencies, which are due to the influence of administrative management methods and authoritarian model of leadership. The algorithm for the preparation and calculation of IQLM values for any manager on the basis of the work results for the reporting period is described. The calculated IQLM values of all managers can be used to make management decisions on management personnel, or for self-control by managers of their work. Ultimately, IQLM is a new tool for targeting managers to the goals and objectives of the organization.
