Russian practice of functioning of institutes of development innovations in the sphere of chemical technology

Abstract

The positive and negative factors affecting the results of innovations in chemical technology (on the Republic Tatarstan example), the uneffectiveness of the functioning of small business as one of the innovations development institute are revealed. It is necessary to increase the efficiency of interaction between small businesses and other participants of the innovation process in the field of chemical engineering. The institutes of the innovations development in chemical technology is necessary for all sectors of industry for enhancing the competitiveness of products. The functioning of the institutes of the innovations development in chemical technology is considered on the example of theRepublicofTatarstanin 2010–2014. (A number of institutions of innovation has increased and amounts in 2016: big business – 156 units, small business – 36 units, research organizations – 36 units, 34 units – accredited (SEZ, technopolis, industrial parks, business incubators, industrial parks)). The correlation analysis (on the example of the statistics of theRepublicofTatarstanin 2010–2014) led to the conclusions: the results of innovations in chemical technology increases with a decrease in the cost of innovation in small enterprises. Results innovations in chemical technology are increasing: by increasing the number of new accredited subjects of innovation infrastructure; with an increase in the financing of innovation in-house, from the federal budget, other sources; with an increase in the number of scientific organizations and their scope of work performed; by increasing the number of used and developed advanced production technology; with an increase in the number of large enterprises engaged in innovation and innovation costs.Â
