Features of Formation and Development of Information and Consultancy Support of Agriculture at the Regional Level

Abstract

The article describes the problems of information and consulting of AIC (agrarian – andindustry complex) formation and development system in a region attracting the existent the world practice. It is noted that the information and consulting support (ICS) presents currently the principal center of agrarian consulting and dissemination of information concerning AIC. Due to lacking of information and methodical materials the Russian Federation subjects are forced to create at their own expenses the separate information and consulting support structure, to develop recommendations for the national project implementation. The most important presumption of ICS effective function on any level is the involvement of modern information systems applying advanced computer technologies securing simple application, openness, use of the unified RF APC information space featuring the possibility to be integrated into the global Internet net. The strategic target of AIC ICS is the information and consulting support creating the conditions for effective production and improvement of social and economy life condition in the country. The study investigates the principal AIC ICS tasks which can be solved on the regional level, the form of the activity of regional ICS in AIC.
