Abstract

Methods of medium-term and long-term forecasting of Russia mechanical engineering development are considered in the article. The forecasting basis are two models and three scenarios of development. The first model (the model of catching up development) is compatible to all three scenarios of development: inertial, innovative, energy and raw material ones. The second model (the model of change of technological ways) is compatible only to the innovative scenario. Proceeding from the offered models and scenarios medium-term (for the period till 2025) and long-term (for the period till 2050) forecasts of development of the key sectors of a machine-building complex are made in the article
