Principles Of Formation Of The "Economic Cross" In Predicting The Development Of The Nuclear Power Industry

Abstract

A lot of technological platforms projects create now in Russia. These initiatives proceed from the Ministry of economic development, Ministry of Education and Science etc. European technological platforms (ЕТП) which total almost ten years' experience of the of enough successful activity are resulted use as model for technological platforms in Russia. The first mention in Russian-speaking sources in this sphere is connected with «the Long-term forecast of scientifically-technological development of the Russian Federation for the period till 2025» where results of the analysis of the European experience are is short shown and recommendations about adaptation of this tool in Russia for formation of priorities of technological development on a number of technological directions are made. This prognostic experience is the basis of «Atomenergoprom» leadership in the world market of nuclear technologies. «Atomenergoprom» provides full production cycle of nuclear power engineering — from uranium production to nuclear power plant construction and energy generation.
