The Analysis Of Dynamics Of Labor Productivity And Salary In Economy As Factor Of A Social Dumping

Abstract

This article discusses issues related to the dynamics of labor productivity and wages in the economy. The relationship of these parameters is considered as a factor of social dumping under conditions of economic crisis. The analysis of the dynamics of wages and productivity. For comparison are the statistics for various countries around the world. The conclusions regarding the dynamics of wages and productivity in the pre-crisis and crisis period (2006-2008 gg.).The study results showed that the creation of civilized forms of social relations in the social sphere of social partnership – does not occur, i.e. there is no merger of interests, where any owner could secure a stable profit, and employees – decent conditions of existence, corresponding to a certain level and quality of life. Optimal balance is not achieved, there are signs of social dumping.
