The Analysis Of A Condition And Development Prospect Clusters

Abstract

In article it is shown that now there is enough big positive experience of use clusters in economy of many countries of the world. In article advantages of use clusters the approach in the Russian Federation (RF) are resulted: competitiveness increase, flexibility of the organization of management of innovative process, intensive development of regions at the expense of achievement of higher level of integration development and transition from industrial to innovative model of regional development.In article it is shown that the most developed industrial clusters on the basis of the metallurgical enterprises in the RF is cluster «the Titanic valley». Expected result: increase in release of titanic production to 42-44 thousand tons in a year, increase to 70 % of a share of products of high degree of readiness at the expense of deepening of degree of processing of titanic raw materials.It is established that in connection with introduction clusters in economy of the RF there is a number of the organizational and methodical problems which have now no full theoretical study and practical experience of realization in the country. In this connection it is necessary to answer the whole complex of questions and first of all, in what measure cluster the approach corresponds to strategy of a sustainable development of the RF.
