Methodological Approach To Identify Priority Projects For Efficient Strategy Of Innovations

Abstract

The paper considers the main methodological approaches to identify priorities of the innovation—and—investment projects to make managerial decisions concerning the innovation—and—investment policy of an enterprise. The most efficient investment projects are thought those that are leading to the higher rise in the value of a company with the lower capital attracted to implement the project. The business process of prioritizing projects makes also possible to solve the following problems: increase in profits, minimal expenses, higher share of innovative products, lowered risks of investment, and sufficient liquidity of portfolio.
