Abstract

In the article there are considered problems of modernisation of the Russian industry in the conditions of world crisis. It is investigated, what economic policy is necessary for spending for transition to new industrialisation of Russia. It is shown, that the main obstacle for this purpose is not shortage of means, and an establishment in Russia "ancient Roman" relations of a private property at which owners of the privatised enterprises do not bear any responsibility for updating of technologies and for performance of social obligations.
