The Methodology of Evaluation Efficiency of Land Management in the Region

Abstract

The article offers the method of evaluating the effectiveness of land management in the region. The substantiation of necessity of technique’s development and the structure of methodology are also suggested in the article. There are the definition of a baseline measurable indicator of the goal achievement and the research of the key valuation indexes, according to which it is carried out to obtain quantitative information about the quality of land in the region. In addition, the prospects of application also are considered in this clause.
