Role of Management of the Sphere of Military Safety in the Modern State in the Conditions of Transformation of the International Security System

Abstract

In the article, the perspective of reforming of the concept of policy in the sphere of military safety of the state is considered. The factors, which have caused the necessity of system transformations in this sphere, are analyzed and justification to the criteria capable to designate avector of formation of a basis of state policy concerning the sphere of defense and safety of the state is given. Importance of understanding of aspect of influence of transformation of modern system of the international security and formation of new architecture of the geopolitical relations on management of a security system in the modern state is defined.
