Some Problems of Formation of the St. Petersburg Development Strategy of Energy Complex at the Present Stage

Abstract

The current stage of socio-economic development of Russia is characterized by radical changes in various sectors of economic policy. These changes affect and energy complex of the country. The strategic objectives of development of the power of St. Petersburg are to ensure the energy security of the region, meeting the needs of the economy and population in electric energy. This article analyzes the main problems of formation of strategy of development of fuel and energy complex of St. Petersburg. The authors point out the specific role of PJSC «Gazprom» in this process.
