Abstract

The article is dedicated to the issue of quality of education in Russia due to transition to postindustrial economy. Necessity of system approach to improvement in quality of education is validated. Basic aspects that should be taken into account in order to improve system-based quality are indicated: stuff training profile, relationships between specialized educational areas, price and tariffs of educational services.
