Abstract

In this article is considered the role of a linguistic factor in social development of human society in all its manifestations. Language is a necessary basis for any communication and the socio-political organization. From our point of view the language forms social communities at all levels and supports division between them. In the modern world the linguistic factor accompanies (or even is the cornerstone) the major global historical processes. Modern ‘English-speaking’ globalization is a product of the European, Western and Christian community. Globalization is followed and at the same time moves ahead by English language. Also fragmentation in all the forms, first of all, evolves from language variety. The linguistic factor substantially defines the future of the international political unions, designate contours of a new world order.
