Modern Approaches to Innovative Ecosystems Formation in the Conditions of Establishing of Knowledge Economy

Abstract

Overcoming of technological lag of production and transition to economy of knowledge are possible on the basis of the developed innovative ecosystem which includes the environment of generation of knowledge on the basis of researches, an effective education system, science, scientific communities, innovative infrastructure, venture investments, steady demand for innovations, etc. The innovative ecosystem is network community which members combine the resources on mutually advantageous conditions for achievement of innovative result; represent the adaptive organizations, which create and use knowledge, transform them to innovative production, new technologies and possess characteristics of network interaction, existence of the general innovative infrastructure, interface of the purposes and values. Important tendency in the course of evolution of models of the organization of innovative processes is transition to the model of open innovations based on use of internal and external sources of innovations, transition to nonlinear models of the organization of innovative process. All these questions are important for formation of an innovative ecosystem in Russia, which drivers the enterprise universities have to be.
