Organization of University Innovative Platforms as a Factor of Development of Competences of Innovative Business

Abstract

Stimulation of research activity and innovative development of the higher education, integration of universities with the industrial enterprises, further development of high school innovative infrastructure is provided with creation of innovative ecosystems of the enterprise (research) universities, which are a key element of innovative national development. Basic element of innovative ecosystems are people - idea men, producers of innovative projects, experts in the field of a transfer and commercialization of technologies, capable to mastering new competences of area of innovative business, carriers of innovative culture. As a basic element of an innovative ecosystem of research enterprise universities the innovative platforms allowing generating innovative projects, demanded by hi-tech sector of economy are considered.
