Directions and Prospects for the Development of Regulation of Creative Industries as a Specific Service Sector of the Economy

Abstract

One of the trends in the development of the modern economy is an increase in the level of its creativity. The driving force behind this trend is the types of economic activity associated exclusively with the service sector, collectively called the “creative industry†.The purpose of the study is to study creative industries in the state regulation of the economy. The study was conducted on the materials of the Russian economy.Research methods are structural and functional, retrospective, comparative and institutional economic analysis; the foundations are explored on the ideas of servicization and creativity of economic activity, which are analyzed in a comprehensive manner. The article substantiates the need to regulate creative industries, which determines their impact on the economic and cultural development of society. They not only strengthen national identity, promote the spread of cultural exchange, but also create innovative products, diversify the structure of the economy, increase the level of well-being of the population through servicization and launch economic growth. Regulation in this area should focus on creating a comfortable environment for business, protecting intellectual property and developing human resources. At the same time, it is necessary to maintain a balance between public administration and flexibility, avoiding bureaucracy, which will support the creative spirit.
