Transnational Sphere of World Politics as a Factor of Development of International Procedural Law

Abstract

The article analyzes the system of transnational relations as a result of the interaction of actors with varying degrees of sovereignty and autonomy, examines the problem of the normative regulation of transnational relations, analyzes of influence of the transnational sphere of world politics on the formation of transnational procedural law as a component of international procedural law, defines the principles underlying in the basis of the resolution of transnational conflicts. An analysis of the contemporary methods and forms of settling transnational disputes.
