Financial Performance Analysis of Energy Companies in BIST 100

Abstract

In this study, the 2022 and 2023 financial performances of energy companies in BIST-100 were examined with the CRITIC-based CODAS method. When evaluating the performance of companies, 10 criteria were taken into consideration and the study results were presented in tables. Additionally, the results were compared with TOPSIS and MOORA-Ratio method to check the consistency of the study. In addition, to see whether the weights of the criteria changed the results, the performance analysis was re-done under the assumption that the criteria were equally weighted and the results were found to be consistent.
