Abstract

2007 Ortalarında ABD konut piyasasında başlayan sorunlar giderek büyümüş ve gelişmiş ekonomilerden gelişmekte olan ülkelere de sirayet ederek küresel bir boyut kazanmıştır. Krizin nedenlerini, likidite bolluğu ve bunun sonucunda verilen özensiz krediler, aşırı menkul kıymetleştirme, saydamlık eksikliği, derecelendirme kuruluş larının etkinliğindeki yetersizlik ve düzenleyici ve denetleyici kuruluş ların müdaholede gecikmesi olarak sıralayabiliriz. Küresel finansal kriz banko iflasları mali sistemdeki konsolidasyonlar ve devletleştirmelerden sonra reel sektöre de yansıyarak küresel büyüme oranlarını düşürmüş, enflasyonist etkiye yol açmış, ve regülosyon talepleri nin daha yüksek sesle dillendirilmesine neden olmuştur.
