The import substitution and the investment policy in the machine-building industry

Abstract

The process of import substitution in the machine-building industry in terms of foreign sanctions is analyzed in this article. The impact of government policies of import substitution on the investment policy is evaluated. The author identifies the basic problems of the investment policy, considering the mechanism of state support of the investment process.
