Features of the legal regulation of the mandatory health insurance in Russia and in the Customs Union countries in present conditions

Abstract

The article highlights the features and tendencies of development of legal regulation in compulsory medical insurance in Russia. It identifies the essence and content of the legal provision of medical insurance as the basis for social protection in the socially-oriented market economy conditions of Russia. By the example of an analysis of compulsory medical insurance existing in Russia and in the Customs Union countries,specific measures are proposed to improve the legal provision of compulsory medical insurance in the Russian Federation.
