Abstract

Management of the educational process is considered as a social technology, producing results with the specified parameters. Federal State Educational Standard, as normative document for the management of the educational program, sets these parameters in the configuration of competences and defines the basic educational technology to achieve them. Ideally, that guarantees results to be a quality “manufactured product†. But in practice, the implementation of the program faces a number of problems of subjective and objective character. The ongoingtechnologisation of learning process rises the importance of system approach to its management.
