The potential for intensification of the division of labor system in the context of the intellectualization of the Russian economy: a systemic aspect

Abstract

The article presents the primary systemic interpretation of the Russian system of division of labor as a hierarchical system. The study used the results of natural modeling, which allowed us to identify ontological properties of ordinary and hierarchical systems and to take a new look at the interpretation and design of complex hierarchical systems. The significant systemic features of the Russian system of division of labor are identified as follows: its structural looseness as a whole, the rigidity of its individual structures in a changing context, and the inevitable secondary character of individual workers and entire groups. The key idea formulated by the authors is that in the conditions of intellectualization of the Russian economy to ensure a qualitatively new level of efficiency of the Russian system of division of labor and public administration, a systemic intensification of the system of division of labor is possible, one of the elements of which can be the introduction of AI systems to replace people at the lower level of the hierarchical structure, to which the secondary nature is displaced from the upper levels.
